EcoSync is coordinated by a dedicated group of young people based in Skydra, Greece, and supported by VINCO Greece, the applicant and leading organization behind this initiative. VINCO Greece is a dynamic and youth-driven entity located in the Central Macedonia region. Although it is not a nonprofit in the traditional legal sense, VINCO operates with a strong commitment to social innovation, environmental stewardship, and community empowerment.

VINCO was established by a group of passionate young individuals who identified the need for greater engagement in sustainability, digital literacy, and social inclusion in their rural area. Its name reflects a drive to overcome challenges and promote proactive, community-based solutions. With experience in initiating and managing projects that blend education, ecological awareness, and civic participation, VINCO functions as both a learning hub and a platform for local impact.
